ExeGen COVID-19 Advisory 03.16.2020by admin March 16, 2020
EXEGEN ADVISORY TO ALL CONCERNED ON COVID-19 AND THE DECLARATIONS OF COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (03.16.2020)The whole world is facing one of its darkest challenges of this age. The immergence of the Novel Corona Virus (SARS-CoV2) and the alarming speed by which COVID-19 is spreading has put the world in an immense state of health emergency – it is now a pandemic. The Philippines is no exception as the alert level is now raised to the highest with the confirmation of local community transmission. In a matter of weeks the number of infected Filipinos is around 140 with 11 deaths as of this writing and is projected to continue to rise in the next couple of days… maybe months.
As we all know by now, NCR has been put in community quarantine. Just a last night, Malacanang has formally raised the level of quarantine and included the entirety of Luzon. Whatever the implications of this declarations are, we trust that the government only want what is best to protect the Filipino people.
Executive Genesis Service, Inc. supports these directives of the government and will comply with whatever requirements to better pursue the ends by which the declarations of community quarantine are designed for. We believe that compliance to these measures will only hasten the containment of this crisis.
With the declaration of enhanced community quarantine throughout Luzon, all offices except those specifically declared exempted from the coverage of the Order/Declaration are directed to cease operation. ExeGen will do everything that are legally possible without violating the quarantine requirements to address issues and concerns both of its clients and its employees – but only as far as the government directives would allow. Our people are directed to work from their respective homes. And if circumstances permit, a skeletal force will be deployed in the office too – only when absolutely necessary and only when exemption is given. We cannot compromise the health and welfare of our employees. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any urgent necessities and concerns. We beg for your understanding if we may not be able to positively address all your concerns given this dire situation. We can only do so much.
WE WILL FOLLOW WHAT THE GOVERNMENT MANDATES. IT IS WHAT’S BEST FOR EVERYBODY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
Keep safe everyone. Ours is a prayer for deliverance from this trying times. In God’s loving mercy, we will prevail.
